Smith, IPD, LLC. is a well-diversified Civil Engineering and Surveying firm.  Mr. Smith has been a part of the growth and development in Desoto County and the surrounding areas for over 40 years.  During his career he has served as the City Engineer for both the City of Horn Lake and the City of Southaven.
